02. Russians exchanged for 10 spies.

It is almost without precedent that the Russian government would expel their citizens in exchanges for spies. The four expelled are not likely to feel very much at home in the USA. One is totally innocent of any harm to Russia, one is full of information, one the Brits will thank us for. Beware of anything said in the press about this odd situation. They (the press) ask the wrong questions, lack the decent background, and are sensationalizing at the expense of real information.
